SiteTuners CRO Terms of Service
Draft of October 23, 2026, pending review by our lawyers. Until a reviewed version replaces it, these are the terms that apply, and we will tell members about significant changes as described in Section 26.
Effective date: October 23, 2026 Last updated: October 26, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and SiteTuners LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“SiteTuners”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They cover your use of SiteTuners CRO at https://cro.sitetuners.com, including the free CRO Snapshot, paid memberships, credit packs, reports, emails and support (together, the “Service”).
Please read them carefully. By requesting a free snapshot, creating an account, starting a membership or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you agree for that company and confirm that you have authority to do so; “you” then means both you and the company.
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms.
In short, for paid memberships: a membership renews automatically every month and is charged to your card until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the app; you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund partial months or unused credits, and we never charge you automatically for using more than your plan. Sections 7 to 12 give the details.
1. Who can use the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
- The Service is for business use. It is not meant for personal, family or household use, and by buying a membership or credits you confirm that you are buying them for a business.
- You may not use the Service if you are located in a country under a comprehensive US embargo, or if you are on a US government list of restricted parties. You agree not to use or export the Service or Reports in violation of US export control and sanctions laws.
2. Key terms
- Account: a company account in the Service. An account can have several users and several sites.
- Owner: the user who pays for and manages the account.
- Member: a user the Owner invites to the account, using a seat.
- Your Content: the URLs, page goals, context, numbers, site details, files and other information you give us, and the content of your pages as we capture it.
- Report: the results the Service produces for you, including the free snapshot PDF, the reports in the membership dashboard and their downloadable PDFs.
- Credits: the units used to run analyses in a paid account.
3. The free CRO Snapshot
- What you get: a free analysis of one public page, delivered as a PDF by email. The free snapshot is a diagnosis only. It shows your score, the four questions, “What’s at stake” (built only from numbers you give us) and the three most urgent barriers. The remaining barriers and all fixes are locked.
- How it works: you submit one page URL, the page’s goal and your email address, plus optional context. A bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs on the form. We start the analysis right away and email you the snapshot; the link in that email opens your results online for a limited time (currently 6 months) and confirms your email address. Free snapshot users don’t get an account or a login.
- Limits: free snapshots are limited, for example to one site per email address, a number of sites per company (email domain), a number of requests per IP address, and one new analysis per site within a set period. We block disposable email addresses. We may change these limits at any time.
- Recent analyses may be reused: if the same page was analyzed in the last 30 days, you may receive the diagnosis from that analysis, rebuilt with your own inputs, instead of a new one. If you ask again about a site you already had analyzed, we may send you your earlier report.
- Our discretion: the free snapshot is a free service. We may decline, delay, limit or stop any free request, or the free snapshot itself, at any time, for example on days when we reach our daily limit for free analyses.
- Blocked pages: if your page’s security blocks our capture tool, we email you how to allow it (see Section 6) and a link to try again. A blocked attempt doesn’t count against your free snapshot.
- Follow-up: someone from SiteTuners may contact you about your snapshot and about SiteTuners CRO, as described in our Privacy Notice. You can tell us to stop at any time.
4. Accounts and roles
- Sign-up: you sign up with your name, a work email address and a password. You must verify your email address with the code we send before you can sign in, run analyses or buy anything.
- Owner: pays for the account, manages billing, sites and users, and can see the account’s Activity page. The Owner is responsible for the account and for everything its users do in it.
- Members: can view reports, run analyses with the account’s credits, record changes and download PDFs. Members can’t see billing or manage users. Each user uses one seat; your plan includes some seats and you can buy more.
- One person per login: each login is for one named person. Don’t share logins or passwords. When someone leaves your team, the Owner can remove them and invite someone else.
- Keep your account safe: use a strong password, keep it secret, and tell us right away at contact@sitetuners.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may ask you to sign in again before sensitive actions.
- Account content: sites, pages, analyses and Reports created in an account belong to that account, not to the individual user who created them. When the Owner removes a Member, that Member loses access.
- Changing the Owner: if the Owner leaves your company, write to contact@sitetuners.com. We may ask for proof that you are authorized before we transfer ownership.
5. Acceptable use
You agree that you will:
- only submit pages of websites you own or are authorized to have analyzed, and only pages that are publicly available;
- only upload files that you have the right to give us;
- give us accurate information, including your real email address;
- follow all laws that apply to you and to your website.
You agree that you will not:
- get around our limits, for example by using several or disposable email addresses, automated requests or tools that hide your identity;
- scrape, crawl or harvest the Service, or access it with bots or automated scripts, other than through features we provide for that purpose;
- resell, rent, sublicense or share access to the Service, or offer it, its Reports or its methodology to others as your own product or service;
- copy, reverse engineer or try to extract our software, prompts, criteria, scoring or methodology, or use the Service to build a competing product;
- try to reveal or rebuild content that is locked in a free snapshot;
- submit URLs or content meant to attack, overload or misuse the Service or other systems, for example URLs that point to private or internal network addresses;
- test, scan or probe the security of the Service without our written permission;
- upload malware, unlawful content, or content that infringes anyone’s rights;
- upload personal information you don’t have the right to share, or sensitive information such as health data, financial account or card numbers, government ID numbers or information about children;
- interfere with the Service or with other customers’ use of it.
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or end access, block requests, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
6. How we capture your pages
When you submit a URL, you authorize us to visit that page and capture desktop and mobile screenshots, its visible content, its structure and speed measurements. Our capture tool identifies itself honestly in its user agent and connects from the IP addresses listed on our analyzer page. We never try to get around anti-bot protection, CAPTCHAs or logins. If your security tools block us, you can allow our capture tool by following the instructions on that page (matching our user agent and our IP addresses together, never the IP addresses alone). You are responsible for making sure that allowing us is consistent with your hosting provider’s rules and your own security policies. If you can’t allow us, write to contact@sitetuners.com.
We analyze only the pages you choose. We don’t crawl whole websites.
7. Memberships and automatic renewal
- Plans: memberships are monthly plans, starting at $97 per month. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits, a number of active sites and a number of seats, as shown on our pricing page and at checkout when you subscribe. All prices are in US dollars.
- No free trial: memberships have no free trial. The free CRO Snapshot lets you see the Service first.
- AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. Your membership renews automatically every month, on the same day of the month it started, at the price of your plan plus any extra seats, until you cancel. By starting a membership, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the card you give at checkout on that day every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time (Section 11).
- Your card on file: the card you use at checkout stays on file while your membership is active. We use it for your monthly renewal and, only when you confirm them in the app, for upgrades, extra seats, credit packs and a plan you choose to start at the end of a paid period. You can change it in the Stripe customer portal (“Update card” on the Billing page).
- Extra seats cost the price shown on our pricing page (currently $29 per month each). Seats you add during a period are charged at once, prorated for the rest of that period, and then renew with your plan. Seats you remove give a prorated credit that Stripe applies to your next invoices.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You pay the prorated difference for the rest of the period at once, and the difference in monthly credits is added right away. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, with no charge until then.
- Rejoining during a paid period: if your membership was canceled but your paid month is still running, a plan you choose starts when that month ends, and your card on file is charged that day and then every month until you cancel.
- Price changes: if we change a plan’s price, your existing subscription keeps its current price.
- Promotion codes apply only as stated in the offer. They have no cash value and can’t be combined or applied to past charges unless the offer says so.
- Taxes: prices don’t include taxes. If we are required to collect sales or similar taxes, they will be shown at checkout and on your invoices before you pay.
8. Credits
- What credits are for: running an analysis of one page uses credits, currently 10 credits for a page and 20 for a very long page. The cost is shown before you start, and you confirm it. Credits are taken when the analysis starts; if a page turns out to be very long, the higher cost is taken after we capture it. Credit costs are listed on our pricing page and may change for future analyses.
- Monthly credits are added at the start of each billing period. They expire at the end of that period and don’t roll over.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the purchase date, are used after your monthly credits, and can only be used while you have an active membership. If your membership ends, they keep their original expiry date and can be used again if you rejoin before then.
- No automatic charges: we never charge you automatically for using more than your allowance, and we never refill credits automatically. When you run out, you can buy a credit pack, upgrade or wait for your next billing period.
- Failed analyses: if a page can’t be analyzed (for example, it fails on our side or your site’s security blocks us), its credits are returned automatically.
- Change tracking: recording changes is free. With an active membership, you can re-check the page of a recorded change for free once every 7 days.
- Credits have no cash value. They aren’t property, can’t be sold or transferred outside your account, can’t be exchanged for money and aren’t refundable, except as stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Sites and pages
- Your plan limits how many sites can be active at once. You can start analyses of several pages at a time (currently up to 10); each page gets its own Report.
- You can archive a site to free its place. Archiving hides everything about that site (its reports, PDFs, history and change tracking) until you reactivate it. Download anything you want to keep first.
- Adding or reactivating a site counts as a site change. Each account can make a limited number of site changes per billing period (currently 3). Archiving a site that never had an analysis doesn’t count.
10. Payments
- Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal. Stripe collects your card details directly; they never reach our servers. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe’s terms.
- Stripe sends your receipts and invoices, and the Owner can see the invoices on the Billing page.
- You agree to keep your billing details current and to pay all fees when due.
- Charges appear on your card statement under the SiteTuners name.
11. Cancellation
- How to cancel: the Owner can cancel at any time in the app: Billing → Cancel membership → Cancel at the end of the period. You can also cancel in the Stripe customer portal, or by writing to contact@sitetuners.com or calling +1 (800) 521-6056. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
- When it takes effect: at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then, and you won’t be charged again. Until that day you can undo it with “Keep my membership”.
- When a membership ends (because you canceled, or because a payment stayed unpaid, see Section 12), the account can only open the Billing and account pages: the dashboard, sites, Reports and PDFs are no longer available in the app. Download any Reports you want to keep before your membership ends.
- Your data after the end: we keep your account’s sites, history and Reports for 12 months after the membership ends, so everything comes back if you rejoin. We email the Owner 30 days before we delete them. Closing your account early, or deleting its data, is possible by writing to us, as described in our Privacy Notice.
12. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over about two weeks. From the first failure your account is read-only: you can still sign in, view and download your Reports, but you can’t run new analyses. We email the Owner when the payment fails, and again 7 days and 12 days later. Updating your card on the Billing page lets the payment go through, and everything comes back as soon as it does. If the payment is still unpaid after two weeks, your membership ends.
13. AI-generated content and no guaranteed results
- How Reports are made: Reports are produced by automated systems, including AI models from third parties, applying SiteTuners’ methodology. Code measures the page and calculates the scores; the AI models judge the page against our criteria and write the findings, and automated checks reject findings that don’t meet our rules.
- Reports can be wrong. They may contain errors or omissions, misread a page, describe something that isn’t on the page, or detect the wrong page type (which you can correct). Review every recommendation with your own judgment before acting on it.
- Recommendations, not guarantees. Reports offer recommendations and hypotheses about what may improve your conversions. Results depend on many factors outside our control. We don’t guarantee any increase in conversions, revenue, traffic or any other result. Where possible, test changes (for example, with an A/B test) before relying on them.
- Scores are ours. Scores reflect SiteTuners’ methodology. They aren’t an industry standard, a certification or an audit.
- Not professional advice. Reports are not legal, regulatory, accessibility (including ADA or WCAG), privacy, security, tax or financial advice. Regulated businesses (such as health, finance or legal services) should check any change with their own advisers.
- You decide. You are responsible for the changes you make to your website and for their consequences.
14. Intellectual property
- Ours: SiteTuners and its licensors own the Service and everything in it, including the software, the methodology (the four questions, criteria, weights, scoring and playbooks), prompts, report templates and designs, and the SiteTuners name and logos. Apart from the rights we grant in these Terms, you get no rights in them.
- Reports: we own the Reports. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, copy and share the Reports you receive for your own business purposes, including with your employees and with the contractors, developers and agencies working on your websites. This license continues after your membership ends for Reports you received while you had access, unless we end your access for a breach of these Terms. You may not sell Reports, publish them publicly, remove SiteTuners branding from them, or present them as your own work.
- Yours: you keep all rights in Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access, capture, copy, store, process and display Your Content, and to share it with our service providers, only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service and to comply with the law. Our analysis of a public page (without your own inputs or details) may also be reused for another person who asks about the same page shortly afterward, as described in Section 3. We don’t use Your Content to train AI models, and our AI provider doesn’t either.
- You confirm that you have the rights needed to give us Your Content and to have your pages analyzed.
- Feedback: if you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
- No publicity without permission: we won’t use your name, logo or Reports in our marketing or as a case study without your permission.
15. Confidentiality
- What we keep confidential: we treat the non-public parts of Your Content (such as your numbers, site details, uploaded files and the changes you record) and your Reports as confidential. We use them only to provide the Service and share them only with our service providers, with your account’s users, as described in our Privacy Notice, or when the law requires it. Your own pages are public, so what anyone can see on them isn’t confidential.
- What you keep confidential: any non-public information we share with you, such as private pricing, non-public features and the methodology details behind the Service, is confidential. Use it only to use the Service, and don’t disclose it to others.
- Exceptions: information isn’t confidential if it is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, was already known to the receiving party, is received lawfully from someone else without a duty of confidentiality, or is developed independently. Either party may disclose confidential information when the law requires it, after giving the other party notice where the law allows.
16. Support mode and the Activity page
-
Support mode: to help you, fix a problem, or investigate a security, abuse or billing issue, a SiteTuners administrator may enter your account in “support mode” and act inside it with the same capabilities as your account’s Owner. You agree to this access. Its safeguards are:
- the administrator must state a reason before starting;
- a banner shows that support mode is active for the whole session;
- each session ends automatically after one hour;
- destructive actions ask for confirmation;
- every change made in support mode is logged with both identities and appears on your Activity page as “SiteTuners Support – [administrator’s email address]”.
We use support mode only when you ask us to, except when we need it to investigate or deal with a security, abuse, billing or legal issue.
-
Activity page and audit log: we keep an append-only record of important actions in your account (for example sign-ins, settings changes, credit changes, invitations, uploads and support mode). It records who acted, when and from which IP address, and it never stores passwords or other secrets. The Owner can see the account’s Activity page. We keep the record indefinitely, as described in our Privacy Notice.
17. Uploaded data and third-party services
You may upload files such as Google Analytics 4 exports, Microsoft Clarity exports, customer reviews and support tickets. Connecting those services directly isn’t available yet; if we add it, you will choose what to connect and can disconnect at any time, and those services remain subject to their own terms.
If Your Content includes personal information about your own website visitors or customers (for example, in reviews, support tickets or analytics exports), you are responsible for having the notices, consents and rights the law requires to share it with us, and for not uploading more than the analysis needs. We will process it only on your behalf and only to provide the Service to you. You can ask us for a data processing addendum by writing to contact@sitetuners.com.
18. Copyright complaints
If you believe something in the Service infringes your copyright, write to contact@sitetuners.com with your contact details, a description of the work, where it appears in the Service, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will review it and remove the material where appropriate.
19. Availability and changes to the Service
- We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we don’t promise any particular uptime and we offer no service level agreement. The Service can be interrupted, for example for maintenance, upgrades or problems with our providers.
- We may make parts of the Service unavailable to the public, for example by showing a “Coming soon” or “Maintenance” page.
- We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a major feature of a paid plan, we will tell you in advance, and you may cancel.
- If we stop offering the Service entirely, we will give paying customers at least 30 days’ notice and refund prepaid fees for the unused part of the current billing period and for unexpired purchased credits.
20. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DON’T WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT REPORTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT USING THE SERVICE WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT. THE FREE SNAPSHOT IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE AND WITHOUT ANY COMMITMENT FROM US.
21. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS:
- NO INDIRECT DAMAGES. NEITHER SITETUNERS NOR ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES OR PROVIDERS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SALES, CONVERSIONS, DATA OR GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.
- CAP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND (B) US $100.
- THESE LIMITS APPLY WHATEVER THE LEGAL THEORY, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. THEY DON’T LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CAN’T BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SUCH AS LIABILITY FOR FRAUD OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON’T ALLOW SOME OF THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT ALL APPLY TO YOU.
22. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless SiteTuners and its members, managers, employees and agents from any third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) Your Content; (b) your having pages analyzed that you weren’t authorized to have analyzed; (c) your breach of these Terms or of the law; or (d) changes you make to your website, including changes based on a Report. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control its defense, but you may not settle a claim that imposes obligations on us without our written consent.
23. Suspension and termination
- By you: you can stop using the Service at any time, cancel your membership (Section 11) or ask us to close your account.
- By us: we may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if you don’t pay, if your use creates a security, legal or abuse risk for us or others, or if the law requires it. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we end a paid membership without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.
- What happens next: when access ends, your right to use the Service ends, and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Notice. Sections 5 (as to past use), 8 (credits have no cash value), 13, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 24 and 27 survive.
24. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any such dispute will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you and SiteTuners consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. There is no arbitration agreement in these Terms.
Before filing a claim, please write to contact@sitetuners.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
25. Electronic communications and notices
- You agree that we may send notices, agreements, receipts and other communications to you electronically, by email to the address on your account or in the app, and that they meet any legal requirement for written communications. Keep your email address current.
- Send notices to us at contact@sitetuners.com, or by mail to the address in Section 28.
26. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will tell members by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. If you don’t agree, stop using the Service and cancel your membership before the change takes effect. A change never applies to a dispute that arose before it.
27. General
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Notice, our Refund and Cancellation Policy and the plan and price you accept at checkout, are the whole agreement between you and SiteTuners about the Service. If you have signed a separate written agreement with SiteTuners for the Service, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
- Assignment: you may not transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Events outside our control: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of internet, hosting or AI providers, natural disasters or government action.
- Severability and waiver: if part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
- Relationship: you and SiteTuners are independent parties. These Terms create no partnership, employment or agency, and no rights for third parties.
