About the SiteTuners CRO analyzer
When someone asks SiteTuners CRO to analyze a page, our analyzer visits that one page the way a visitor would: in a real browser, on desktop and mobile. It never crawls a site, never fills in forms, never logs in and never tries to get around security checks.
How to recognize it
Its user agent is a normal Chrome user agent followed by:
SiteTunersCRO/1.0 (+https://cro.sitetuners.com/bot)It connects from these IP addresses:
- 162.220.232.251
- 152.55.176.240
- 152.55.177.192
These addresses belong to our cloud provider and may be shared with other customers of that provider. When you allow our analyzer, match both the IP address and the user agent above. Never trust the IP address alone.
If your security blocked us
Bot protection sometimes shows our analyzer a “verify you are human” check instead of your page. We stop there and email you; the attempt doesn’t use up your free snapshot. To let us in, add an allow rule, then use the “try again” link in our email.
Cloudflare
Security → WAF → Custom rules → Create rule. Match IP Source Address is in the list above and User Agent contains SiteTunersCRO/1.0. Action: Skip, and choose the bot and security features it should skip. Bot Fight Mode on the Free plan can’t be skipped by a rule; there you may need to turn it off while we visit.
Wordfence (WordPress)
Wordfence → Firewall → All Firewall Options → Allowlisted IP addresses: add the addresses above.
Sucuri
Sucuri dashboard → Access Control → Allowlist IP: add each address above.
Akamai, Imperva, AWS WAF and others
Create an allow (or “skip bot management”) rule that matches both the IP addresses above and the user agent token. Your hosting or security provider can help; send them this page.
